TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT NOTES:Payment: Work will begin after 50% of the payment is made. A sketch will be sent to the client afterwards.References: Providing a reference sheet that includes different angles of the character, a full-body character sheet (if possible), color palette, pose expressions, head angle poses, or even a simple sketch of how you want the characters to pose would be greatly appreciated.Pricing: Prices are calculated per head/character.Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any order that is too complex or makes me uncomfortable.✦•·························•✦•····························•✦
Art Style: All commissions will be created in my art style.Canvas Size: The default canvas size is 3:4 ratio (2K resolution) at 1536 x 2048 pixels.Revisions: Minor adjustments are free of charge, while major changes will incur an additional fee of 50 pesos ($1) for up to 2–3 edits.Backgrounds: Simple backgrounds (e.g., plain color, shadow, outline, or patterns) are included in the package. Detailed backgrounds will incur an additional charge of 50 pesos ($1).Turnaround Time: Completion of an artwork may take 2-5 days at maximum.Updates: I will provide updates throughout the process to ensure the work aligns with your expectations.Refunds: If the client requests a refund, only 25% of the amount paid will be refunded, regardless of the stage of the art process (sketch, lineart, base coloring, or rendering).

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Artwork Delivery: Completed artworks will be sent via Gmail.Payment Methods: Currently, payments can be made through GCash and PayMaya. The preferred option is GCash

— The artist will ask for the commissioner’s permission before posting their commissioned art first. The client has the right if their artworks will remain private or published.— The commissioned piece will not include a watermark. Only when a watermark is included if the artist posts it on their platform.— The client can edit the final artwork however they please after it was sent to their Gmail.
